Membership benefits include an annual pass to the Mizumoto Japanese Stroll Garden and free admission to our three annual festivals. Other benefits include a membership newsletter, an invitation to the Annual Meeting and networking opportunities throughout the year.

Sponsor benefits include publicity through brochures, newsletters, festival banners and other printed material including posters, and annual meeting recognition; VIP events; free t-shirts, and extra admission tickets to all events. Springfield Sister Cities Association actively seeks support from local businesses and organizations.     August 2 – Isesaki student arrive
    for a two-week cultural exchange

    August 8, 6:30-8:30 p.m. – Isesaki Summer Festival at Greenwood School
    A night of Japanese culture, games and performances hosted by visiting Isesaki students at Greenwood School on MSU campus. Free and fun for the whole family!

    August 9 – Springfield family host day for students from Isesaki who are studying at MSU

    August 5-12 – Local band “Ing” will perform in Isesaki

    September 12-14 – 19th Annual Japanese Fall Festival in the Japanese Stroll Garden at Nathanael Greene/Close Park featuring a performing delegation from Isesaki, as well as several other international headliner acts, local performers and artisans
