Paco Padilla, famous folk singer from our sister city Tlaquepaque, Mexico, will arrive in Springfield for a special performance at the dedication ceremony for the new Sister Cities Plaza. The Mayor of Springfield Jim O’Neal of and other city officials will be there to officiate the dedication ceremonies.
