Come out and celebrate the season’s opening of the Mizumoto Japanese Stroll Garden at this colorful event! You can bring your kite out to the garden to fly, or just watch other other kite enthusiasts. Children can make their own unique kite that day in the Sister Cities’ tent. The event is free, and children’s kite-building kits are only $3.
