Paco Padilla performs at Annual Meeting

Posted by: ssca    Tags:  music, Paco    Posted date:  March 10, 2010  |  No comment

This year’s annual meeting was a true celebration — with performances by internationally known artist Paco Padilla who flew in from Mexico for the events. He performed many songs for the audience along with our favorite local musicians John Price, Bob Jones, the JRB Band, and Gabe Derr.

Preceding the musical performances was a large screen multimedia presentation by Russ RuBert of photos and video from the recent delegation trip to Isesaki, Japan.

Historical photos from the Sister Cities’ archives were also displayed on the big screen, committee reports from the Tlaquepaque and Isesaki committees, and a silent auction of art and travel items rounded out a full evening with a packed house in the banquet room.

Scroll down for more videos of Paco’s soulful songs, videos by Russ RuBert.
